Buying seasonal produceĀ  has a range of benefits for health and wellbeing. Less energy is needed to produce it, it has fewer food miles, and it is often cheaper, fresher, more nutritious and tastier then imported food.

I myself try to eat seasonal food, however, information out there on the web is often delivered in a chaotic unorganised way, which is hard to translate onto a shopping list or recipes.

Because of this I have organised seasonal food into a table, so you can address nutritional and dietary needs quickly, especially if you are a vegan or vegetarian, but also if you eat meat.
